1. Return Window Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund).
3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@einbrand.online. We will replace the item for you at no additional cost.
4. The Refund Process
- Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after checking with your bank and credit card company, please reach out to us at info@einbrand.online.
5. Shipping Returns To return your product, please contact us first at info@einbrand.online for instructions on where to send your package.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.
- Tracking: Because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
